Grilled Chicken Popcorn
Overview
In the past, chicken rice cakes were fried, but this time they were baked in the oven. I originally wanted to bake in a new oven, but the guy was afraid that the oil would splash out during baking and make the new oven dirty and difficult to clean (he usually did the dishes), so he had to use the old oven to bake. Prepare chicken breast, eggs and bread crumbs

Remove the fascia from the chicken breast, wash it, and cut into small diamond-shaped cubes

Add: salt, sugar, cooking wine and five-spice powder

Catch it evenly, add a little canola oil to seal, and marinate for 2 to 4 hours
