Soak the pork liver in water for about half an hour, then clean it

Wash seafood mushrooms

Bevel cut into sections

Cut the pork liver into thin slices, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt and sugar and marinate for 15 minutes

Chop ginger and garlic

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant
