Red lip printed biscuits
Overview
The Chinese New Year is coming soon, but my daughter wants to go on a trip, and I can’t persuade her to do so. My daughter asked me to make some more cookies for her to pass the time with her classmates on the train. What I like to hear most is my daughter’s request.

-
Material preparation (amount for 2 baking pans)
-
Cut butter into small pieces and soften in water. Just feel soft when you press it with your fingers.
-
After softening, add 30 grams of powdered sugar and beat until smooth and smooth.
-
Add 80 grams of condensed milk in portions and beat well.
-
Add 2 egg yolks and beat well.
-
Sift in 250 grams of low flour and mix evenly with a spatula until there is no dry powder. Place in the refrigerator to chill for one hour and then take out.
-
Then use a rolling pin to roll out the dough and cut out the shape with a cutting die.
-
Place the printing mold on the dough, use an oil paint brush to dip red yeast powder (dry powder, without adding water or anything else). According to the color of the printing mold, gently brush it into the gaps of the printing mold. Don't get too much powder. After the powder is stuck, you can gently knock it off.
-
After evenly applying the powder, gently remove the printing mold and transfer it to a non-stick baking pan. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, about 20 minutes.
