Homemade mung bean sprouts, purely natural, no additives, no pollution, washed clean, water controlled, ready for later use.

Cut tofu into cubes and set aside.

Slice garlic and set aside.

Heat a pot and add an appropriate amount of oil, add tofu, stir-fry until golden brown, then add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, continue to add mung bean sprouts and add a little salt to taste, stir-fry a few times.
