Watermelon Grape Jelly
Overview
It’s so hot in the dog days of summer, and I always want to eat something cold. I bought some seedless grapes today. They are a good variety and very sweet. So I squeezed the watermelon juice and made a jelly with the grapes. Put the whole grapes in and you can eat the whole grapes in every bite. Watermelon juice is also very sweet. This jelly takes advantage of the sweetness of the fruit itself, without adding sugar. It is original and refreshing, and a healthy delicacy for relieving the heat.

Steps
-
Cut the watermelon into cubes and add it to this simple juicer. I'm too lazy to use a juicer. It's troublesome to clean it after juicing. This little thing is so convenient and easy to use.
-
In the squeezed juice, the seeds and meat are also well separated,
-
Strain through a mesh sieve to remove any residue that has leaked in.
-
Put the watermelon juice into the container and the gelatine slices. The gelatine sheets should be soaked in ice water until soft. It’s hot and I’m too lazy to freeze the ice water, so I just put it in,
-
Bring to a boil over low heat while stirring thoroughly to allow the gelatine slices to melt completely
-
Let the juice cool slightly and pour it into containers. I filled two containers.
-
Clean seedless grapes. It is best to be seedless, which is convenient to eat
-
Put the grapes into the jelly
-
Then put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.
-
After refrigeration, soak the watermelon and grape jelly in warm water for a while
-
It can be easily reversed. I soaked it for a little longer, and the bottom melted a little after inverting it.
-
There was also a box, so I took a spoonful out of it. The color of the red watermelon juice was so beautiful!
