Overview
Just because the girl doesn't like to eat, I tried to make some fancy pastries, cakes, dumplings, breads, etc... I hope she can eat more...

I didn’t take pictures of the first few steps O_o. 1. White dough: Knead flour + water + 5 grams of yeast powder into a smooth dough. 2. Pumpkin dough, steam the pumpkin over water and add sugar to make a paste. When it is warm, add 4 grams of yeast powder, add flour and knead it into a pumpkin dough. There is no need to add water to the pumpkin dough, because the pumpkin has water (the amount of flour and water is adjusted according to the actual operation). Ferment for 1 hour. After fermentation is completed, wrap the pumpkin dough in the form of a bun and close it with the mouth facing down. Press the dough slightly with your palms and rotate it to make the dough round. Then flatten it with a rolling pin and cut it into a flower shape...

Twist the petals in reverse, with the pumpkin side facing up, to form a flower
-
Pinch a piece of pumpkin dough into small dots and garnish with small flowers in the middle.
-
Gather the florets. The prepared florets are allowed to rise again for 15 minutes and then steamed in a pot with cold water for 15 minutes. Adjust the time according to the size of the steamed buns. 15-20 minutes for the whole steaming process is definitely enough. Steam and simmer for 3-5 minutes before opening the lid.

Here’s another big collection, and I also made a few flowering steamed buns.
