Remove the head and tail of the garlic and wash it.

Cut the garlic into small pieces and defrost the tenderloin.

Cut the tenderloin into cubes, marinate in starchy cooking wine for ten minutes.

Add oil to the pan and fry the diced tenderloin until it changes colour.

Sauté until the garlic sprouts are broken.

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar and stir well. If you are making a rice bowl, you can use a little more soup.
