Buy the dace fish and mix it with the green onions.

Mix a little each of salt, cornstarch, oil, and light soy sauce with the fish paste and chopped green onion until it tastes delicious.

Buy the beans and soak them for a while, then remove the heads and tails.

Put the washed beans into a pot and blanch them (add some oil and some salt to make the beans more tender and green)
