Steps
-
Prepare ingredients: low-gluten flour: 100g, condensed milk: 100g, egg yolk: 1, bean paste: 90g, aluminum-free baking powder: 2g, food coloring: appropriate amount, cocoa powder: appropriate amount, sugar: appropriate amount
-
Mix egg yolks and condensed milk until smooth.
-
Sift the flour and baking powder into the just-whipped egg yolk condensed milk mixture.
-
Mix well.
-
Knead into dough. The dough at this time is not particularly easy to form and feels sticky. Don't be impatient, just slowly shape the dough into shape without over-kneading.
-
Take a small piece of primary-colored dough, add a little orange food coloring, knead it evenly, and use it to make the penguin's mouth and feet. Cover both the original color dough and the orange dough with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
-
Divide the bean paste filling into 9 equal portions.
-
The dough becomes very easy to shape after being refrigerated. Roll the original color dough into a long strip and divide it into 9 equal portions.
-
Press a piece of dough into a dough sheet that is thick in the center and thin around the edges, and place the bean paste filling in the center of the dough sheet.
-
Gather the dough sheet and wrap the filling. After a little tidying up, pinch out the shape of the penguin you like.
-
Take a small amount of orange dough and shape the penguin's feet.
-
Take a small amount of orange dough and shape the penguin's mouth.
-
Assemble the legs and beak, and a penguin is ready.
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and cook all the penguins.
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven and heat up and down to 160 degrees for 15 minutes. You can adjust the temperature and time according to your oven conditions.
-
Add appropriate amount of sugar to cocoa powder, add water and boil to make cocoa paste. After taking it out of the oven, let it dry for a short while. When it is no longer hot when you hold it with your hands, use a black food coloring pen to draw the penguin's eyes, and use cocoa paste to draw the penguin's black "tuxedo".

Antarctica, that place where the average temperature is only -40°. In the harsh environment and white desert that lasts for nine months in winter, there lives a group of species that bravely withstand severe cold and snowstorms: emperor penguins.
-
Every March, thousands of emperor penguins leap onto the shore with beautiful gestures, slide their round bellies for more than ten meters on the ground, and finally walk on their feet, preparing to return to their birthplace for the winter.

Penguins have always loved life in the water. They are born with a good talent for swimming, and can even dive into the sea as deep as 400 meters. In the vast sea, there are endless delicacies to enjoy, but once ashore, these little guys who are good at swimming turn into toddlers, stumbling and staggering. But for the survival of the species, these little ocean-loving swimmers had to give up the elegant and comfortable life in the sea, and would rather transform into clumsy land animals...
