Ingredients: potatoes, carrots, onions, ginger, garlic, small green peppers.

Shred potatoes, shred carrots, cut small green peppers into small sections, and chop green onions, ginger, and garlic.

Pour oil into the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded potatoes and stir-fry.

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add pepper powder and salt to taste and stir-fry evenly.

Add carrots and stir-fry again.

When the potatoes and carrots are mature, add the green pepper and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and remove from the pot.
