Put all the ingredients in and knead the dough. You can slowly add the salad oil little by little, then leave the dough to ferment for about 50 minutes. Knead the dough again, shape it into a loaf shape, put it on an oiled baking pan, and put it in the oven for secondary fermentation. Remember to put a cup of boiling water in the oven during fermentation. It will take about 45 minutes to ferment until it has doubled in size.

Preheat at 175 degrees for 5 minutes, put the bread brushed with egg wash, bake for 15 minutes, and brush with egg wash again. Bake for about 20 minutes. After the bread is colored, you can cover it with tin foil to prevent the bread from being too dark. Bake for 15 minutes.
