I’m alone at home today and can’t eat many vegetables, so I just stir-fry a portion of water spinach and it’s enough. Only by controlling the heat can the water spinach be emerald green, a very refreshing summer vegetable

  1. Fold water spinach, wash and drain, mince ginger and garlic and set aside

  2. Hot pot, cold oil

  3. When thick smoke comes out of the pot, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

  4. After the ginger and garlic are fragrant, quickly add the water spinach and stir-fry

  5. Add salt when stir-frying, and add chicken essence and MSG when serving. The attractive green color when it comes out of the pan goes very well with rice
