Stir-fried lettuce
Overview
I went to the vegetable market to buy vegetables today and heard the vendor selling them for one yuan a head. I ran over and saw that they were lettuce, peeled. So why did I hesitate? I immediately picked out a tender one and came back. I felt like I was getting a bargain. One yuan can only buy a few spring onions these days. Sometimes I slice it, but I prefer shredding it. Although it takes a while, who knows if I like it, just cut it into shreds and stir-fry it, it’s light and refreshing

Heat the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, heat the oil, put it in the pot and stir-fry quickly (when the pot feels a little dry, use a spatula to collect a little water and pour it to the side of the pot), add MSG and salt, stir-fry and remove.
