Oven version: Candy Crispy Sausage
Overview
Some people say that the oven is a toy for adults. If you put food in it and make a ding, you can take out delicious food from it; and we are playing this game and never tire of it. This "Candy Crispy Sausage" is my first experience after getting the oven, O(∩_∩)O hahaha~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare crispy sausage and hand wrap; I happened to have crispy sausage at home, so I used crispy sausage. It is also possible to use minced meat instead of crispy sausage;
-
Take a piece of crispy sausage and put it on a piece of hand wrapper;
-
Roll up the hand wrapper like wrapping candy;
-
Roll up both ends of the "candy" like candy paper. Be careful not to break the wrapper when rolling it up;
-
Also roll up the remaining crispy sausage;
-
Place tin foil on a baking sheet and brush a layer of vegetable oil on the tin foil;
-
Wash the eggs, crack them into a bowl, break them up and set aside;
-
Put the "candy" into a bowl, coat it with egg liquid, and then shake off the excess egg liquid;
-
Put the "candies" on the tin foil, do not overlap each other, and leave some space between the "candies";
-
Put the baking sheet into the preheated oven at 180°, turn the heat up and down, and bake for about 8 minutes. Take it out; the crispy "candy" is out of the oven~!
