Very delicious braised beans and noodles
Overview
My husband brought back a lot of fried beans from the Northeast when he returned to the Northeast. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to finish them all, so I made stuffed beans noodles

Wash the beans and set aside. Heat the pot and add oil

Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant

Stir-fry the pork belly until fragrant, and stir out the oil from the fat. Be sure to use pork belly

Fry out the fat.

Add green beans and stir-fry

After stir-frying, add seafood soy sauce, add more.

Stir-fry until browned and add cooking wine.

Stir-fry and add water. The water should be no thicker than the beans. Once the water boils, reduce the heat to low.

Bring the water to a low boil and add the noodles. The noodles I bought are thin noodles, which are easier to cook.

Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes. There must be enough water or the pot will burn.

Take out the pot and put it into bowls
