Use a food processor to mash the dried cranberries, or chop them finely with a knife.

Sift the flour.

Make a small hole in the softened butter, pour in the powdered sugar and mix well with a spatula.

Beat the eggs.

Pour in the butter in two batches, stirring with a whisk each time before pouring again.

Pour in flour.

Pour in the dried cranberries and mix until there are no lumps of flour.

Place the dough into the mold, shape it, wrap it in oil paper, and refrigerate it for more than 2 hours.

Slice 5mm wide

Plate, 170 degrees, heat up and down, 15 minutes.

Out of the oven.
