Boil the soy milk in a pot

Put the gypsum in a small pot, pour the boiled soy milk, cover it for about five minutes and it's ready to serve

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion, ginger and carrot shreds. Pour in the soy sauce and a bowl of water

Boil water and beat in eggs

Put the eggs into flowers and add the fungus and shiitake mushrooms, one whole shiitake mushroom!

Finally add leeks and salt to taste
