Nutritious breakfast. The child didn't like to eat carrots, so I had to find a way to make him eat it. Although it was a little troublesome, the goal was achieved and the baby was very happy to eat it.

A piece of ham and a carrot. The toast slices are ready.

Cut the carrots into large pieces about 2mm thick. Boil the carrots in boiling water for 4 minutes, remove and let cool.
