  1. Ingredients: freshly wash the short ribs, blanch them in water and set aside, one white radish, cut kelp into strips, green onion, ginger and star anise.

  2. Put the short ribs into the pot first, add onion, ginger and star anise, add rice wine and pure water and simmer.
