My daughter doesn't like the porcelain cauliflower from the north. Today I bought the loose cauliflower from the south. As expected, it tastes more tender, crispy and sweet, and tastes good.

  1. Prepare ingredients. Break the cauliflower into florets and mince the garlic and set aside.
