Peel and dice the taro.

Soak sago in warm water for ten minutes.

Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring and cooking until the white core of the sago remains.

Remove and rinse with cold water.

Blanch the taro kernels, remove and drain.

The next step is to cook it in one pot: Pour sago, taro kernels and milk into the pot and cook over low heat until fine bubbles appear on the edge. Add sugar to taste before serving.
