Golden yam strips
Overview
Golden yam sticks are baked yam with egg yolk. The preparation is not complicated, but the taste is extraordinary. It is excellent as a snack or as a side dish with drinks.

Peel the yam, rinse and cut into segments.

Cut into strips approximately 1cm square.

Add a little salt and pepper powder into the duck egg yolk, crush it with a spoon and mix

Heat oil in a wok. When the oil is 6 minutes hot, add yam strips and fry until cooked. Take them out.

Leave a little base oil in the wok, put the duck egg yolk into the wok and stir-fry over low heat. Stir until it becomes foamy.

Add the fried yam strips and stir-fry evenly.

Serve out.
