Cut the tomatoes into cubes and prepare the minced meat.

Strain the tofu into the pot.

Heat a non-stick pan, add corn oil, add minced meat and tomatoes and stir-fry for one minute.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce.

Pour in the tofu.

Stir fry for a while.

Pour in appropriate amount of water.

Add a spoonful of salt and simmer over high heat for a few minutes until the juice is reduced.

Pour it into a bowl and see the finished product!
