One egg

Place in a bowl and stir with chopsticks

Add water and salt to a bowl and mix well

Strain it through a sieve into another bowl. This is a step to ensure it is tender

Filter the egg liquid to remove impurities

Place in steamer

Cover the plate and steam over medium-low heat for 12 minutes. There will be no bubbles or honeycomb in the egg custard on top

After taking it out of the pot, I added more water so the steaming was more tender

Add chopped green onion and sesame oil, or your favorite seasonings such as chili oil and soy sauce
