The freshly dried cowpeas made by my vegetarian mother are paired with minced pork belly, stir-fried, and added with some home-grown chili peppers. It’s delicious~

Have materials ready. Soak the dried cowpeas three hours in advance.

Cut the dried cowpeas into sections and mince the pork belly into minced meat.

Heat the pan, add oil, sauté the garlic until fragrant, add the minced pork and chili into the pan and stir-fry

Put the dried cowpeas into the pot, add a little salt and sugar, stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of water, simmer for a while, and stir-fry over high heat to reduce the juice.
