Lobster porridge
Overview
Yesterday, on the anniversary, we had a candlelight dinner. The Boston lobster with garlic sauce is delicious, and the remaining lobster shells can be used to cook porridge. It still tastes delicious~

Wash appropriate amount of rice

Soak in water for 30 minutes

Add a few drops of sesame oil to the rice cooker and choose to cook porridge.

Prepare the lobster head, tail and small pliers~

After two hours, the porridge is cooked, add lobster shells, shredded ginger and simmer for 30 minutes.
