Octopus and ingredients.

For this step, use garlic if you have it at home. If you don’t have any, use it.

Saute ginger slices, sand ginger and garlic until fragrant, stir-fry octopus and add some cooking wine.

Stir-fry the octopus for about 4 minutes, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and season.

Adjust the seasoning, add the green garlic if necessary, and add it if necessary to reduce the juice.
