3. 3 Pour 200ml of water into the pot and bring to a boil

   

4. 4 Pour the evenly stirred turtle powder paste into the boiling water quickly (you must move quickly, the turtle powder paste will start to thicken when it is heated), heat for 1-2 minutes and then turn off the heat

   

5. 5 Pour the cooked turtle paste into a container and cool it to determine its shape. When pouring, move quickly (the turtle paste will start to shape when it is pre-cooled). Smooth the surface and let it cool

   

6. 6 Because Guiling paste has a slightly bitter taste, Cainaiya plans to soak it in brown sugar water. Put the brown sugar in a bowl, pour an appropriate amount of water, and then steam it in a steamer (add the amount of water according to your personal sweetness. If you like it thicker, add less water to make brown syrup; if you like it lighter, add more water to make brown sugar water)
