Peel the steamed small potatoes and crush them into puree (not too crushed, preferably with grains).

Add diced green onions and diced ham.

Add flour and mix until there is no dry powder.

Add tomato sauce and a pinch of salt.

Mix well.

Brush a small amount of oil into the pot and put the small mashed potatoes into balls.

Turn the heat to medium-low and gently flatten the ground bean paste.
