Cookies
Overview
A colleague gave me two empty cookie boxes in exchange for one box of cookies. It's because the cookies I made are better than the Danish cookies she bought in Macau. There are no cookies made with powdered sugar, but I think the pattern is still pretty good. . .

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients and soften the butter at room temperature.
-
Beat the softened butter with sugar, salt and eggs until feathery. (I put the sugar, eggs, and salt together, and there was no separation, and it was successfully sent)
-
Sift the whipped butter into the low-gluten flour and mix it up and down. Don't use too much force as gluten will form easily.
-
Divide the mixed batter into two and put into a piping bag.
-
Squeeze out the pattern you like
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and 160 degrees for five minutes. Bake for 10 minutes. (Adjust the temperature according to your own oven. This is a picture of the finished product. I put it in the oven and forgot to take a photo. For cocoa flavor, replace the low-gluten flour with an equal amount of cocoa powder, usually no more than 20 grams)
