Cut broccoli into small florets and wash.

Pour enough water into the pot, add 1 tablespoon of salt after the water boils, add broccoli and blanch for 1 to 2 minutes.

Chop the scallions. If you don’t have scallions, you can use onions instead.

Chop the garlic into minced pieces.
