First, add raw pig trotters with Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, salt, cinnamon, tea leaves and purified water and cook until cooked.

Cooked in a soup pot as shown below

Place the pig's trotters on the wall in the pot, put sugar under the pot, cover the pot and smoke until golden brown!

Then put lettuce on the plate, chop it into large pieces, arrange it, and start eating.
