Pan-fried pork belly
Overview
When I was bored, I cooked the leftover pork belly in the refrigerator. It tastes good.

Pork belly cut into thick slices and soaked in boiling water

Add salt, soy sauce, ketchup, and black pepper (ketchup can enhance the flavor). If you like it sweet, you can add some sugar. Marinate for 20 minutes

Fry until both sides are lightly browned. (You don’t need to add oil. The pork belly itself has a lot of oil.) I like it to be burnt and dry. More fragrant.

Finally add lettuce to serve.
