Place the chopped kiwi and whipped cream into a food processor

Beat into puree

Cook milk + sugar over low heat until sugar melts

Add soaked gelatine sheets and cook until dissolved

Pour the mixture from step 6 into step 4 and mix well

After cooling, put it into a container and refrigerate until it solidifies
