Add appropriate amount of onion, ginger and light soy sauce to the beef cubes and marinate for 20 minutes

Add 0.5 spoon of salt and cooking wine to the eggs and stir evenly. Wash the carrots and cut into small cubes.

Pour the eggs into the frying pan and stir-fry until they form small pieces. Scoop them out and set aside.

Add the beef cubes to the pan and stir-fry quickly for a while. When it is almost cooked, add the carrots and continue to stir-fry evenly. Remove and set aside.

Pour rice into the pan, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of salt and stir-fry evenly. Add carrots, beef cubes and eggs and stir-fry for a while

Finally, sprinkle in garlic leaves and chicken essence, mix well and serve.
