Grilled French Lamb Shoulder Steak
Overview
Eating western food during the Chinese New Year is also very good! I learned how to make a grilled French lamb shoulder steak and share it with everyone. It is said to be grilled, but in fact it is still pan-fried - simply seasoned, pan-fried French lamb chops until 7 or 8 years old, smeared with a layer of sweet and spicy sauce, and then coated with a layer of golden and crispy bread crumbs. The taste is multi-layered, crispy and delicious, and the texture is fresh and tender. It is very unique.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Do not put oil in the pot, add appropriate amount of bread crumbs, bake slowly until golden and crispy, let cool and set aside;
-
Mix equal amounts of honey and French mustard to form a sauce and set aside;
-
Take the French lamb chops out of the refrigerator and defrost them in advance (it would be better if they are fresh, but they are not easy to buy). Sprinkle an appropriate amount of sea salt and black pepper evenly on both sides (preferably freshly ground);
-
Heat a frying pan, add an appropriate amount of salad oil, and when the oil temperature rises, add the lamb chops and fry for 2 or 3 minutes on each side until they are 7 or 8 minutes cooked (of course it depends on your personal preference, I think 7 minutes cooked is better);
-
Take out the lamb chops and apply a layer of mustard honey sauce evenly;
-
Sprinkle another layer of bread crumbs and serve on a plate.
