Nuomi Ci
Overview
This was my favorite dessert when I was a child, and my mother’s specialty. But every time I made this, my mother would say that the pot was difficult to clean. The glutinous rice flour was so sticky that I couldn’t even scrape it off the pot. It took me a long time to soak it in water to wash it off. But things are different now. There is a non-stick pan, which saves waste and is easy to clean. My mother said that my cooking is better than the others!

Fried peanuts

Saute sesame seeds until fragrant and grind into powder

If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a rolling pin to crush it

Add brown sugar powder. You can add this slowly until you think it is sweet enough. Mix well and then test the taste.

You can omit 500G glutinous rice flour and rice flour (this is to make the taste better). Add sugar, slowly add water and mix well, then lift the chopsticks to form a thin line. You can also add a little oil here to prevent sticking. I use a non-stick rice cooker pot, which will not stick at all and is easy to wash

Put it into the pot and steam it for 25 minutes. During this period, you can take it out and stir it. As long as there is no white cornstarch,

Spread the grated coconut on a non-stick baking pan. If you don’t have it, you can use a pan. The anti-stick effect will be the same. If you don’t put grated coconut, you can use fried glutinous rice flour instead.

Use two chopsticks to roll out the glutinous rice dough, then separate the chopsticks to scrape off the dough, so that the dough is evenly coated with coconut. (You can also apply oil on your hands before taking out the dough.)

Take a piece and press it flat. If it feels a little sticky when you press it, add a little grated coconut, put the peanut filling on it, and seal it. I don’t have hands to take pictures at this step,
