This Spicy Black Pepper Grilled Shrimp has the unique spiciness of both ginger and black pepper, making it both spicy and very refreshing. If you cannot eat spicy food, please reduce the amount of ginger powder as appropriate!

Remove the fins and devein from the shrimps, cut them open from the back, wash and dry them.

Add ginger powder, crushed black pepper, salt, soy sauce and cooking wine, stir well and marinate for more than 20 minutes.

Put it into a baking pan and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. (Two minutes before taking it out of the oven, take it out and brush the marinated shrimp with the sauce again to continue grilling)
