Fried Cake with Kale and Beef
Overview
This is one of the Chaozhou snacks. Cake cake is a staple food made from rice. It is cut into a large piece and then cut into triangular pieces, and then sprinkled with some curry powder. The ones bought in the store are already processed. The traditional Teochew cake is just fried with eggs. I improved it by adding some Teochew kale and satay beef, wow! It’s so delicious! ! !

Add some oil and appropriate amount of Shacha sauce to the beef and marinate for a while. Beat the eggs and add some salt, because the cake itself has only a faint curry flavor. Wash kale and cut into small pieces.
-
Heat oil in a pan and add the cakes to fry. Because my frying skills are not very good, I use a non-stick pan. Fry for a while, turn over, and fry for a while.
-
Fry until slightly brown, then pour in the egg liquid. When pouring the egg liquid, be sure to pour it evenly on each piece of cake, so that each piece of cake is covered with the egg liquid. When the eggs are almost cooked, you can turn them over to the other side, and stir well with a spatula.
-
Just fry it until it's a little burnt, then serve it up first. Look, basically every piece is covered with eggs, it smells so good!
-
Now it's time to fry the kale. Add some oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, add the kale and stir-fry over high heat for one minute.
-
Then add the beef and continue to stir-fry. Be careful not to overcook the kale and beef.
-
Then pour in the fried cakes just now and stir well. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili sauce

Ready to fry and plate! It’s so fragrant. The light curry flavored cakes are paired with satay beef and kale. It’s super delicious!
