Prepare the ingredients and wash them.

Chop cabbage leaves, tofu, red pepper, onion and ginger, put them into a container with dried shrimps, add salt, cooking oil, a little chicken essence and mix well.

Take the ready-made wonton wrapper, place it on a cutting board, put the prepared filling on it, wrap it into strips, and press both ends tightly. The ready-made wonton wrappers are not easy to stick to each other, so you can apply a little water on three sides.

Pour a little cooking oil into the pan, add the wrapped tofu rolls into the pan, and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add about 150ml of water, cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then reduce to low heat and fry until the water dries up and the bottom is browned.

Place on a serving platter. If you like vinegar, you can eat it with vinegar.
