Wash the leeks and cut them into sections. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips. Wash away the starch on the surface of the potatoes with water. After preheating the wok, add appropriate amount of oil.

When the oil heats up, add the shredded potatoes.

Add salt, Nande, light soy sauce and vinegar and stir-fry evenly.
