Egg toast
Overview
This is a very good recipe. The bread machine can produce a beautiful film with two kneading cycles. Unfortunately, my yeast is not strong (the yeast seems to have failed) and the bread does not rise well. You can refer to the recipe and production process and ignore my finished product.

Put the ingredients except butter into the bread machine in order of liquid first and then solid.

After starting an Imix kneading program, add butter dough, start the Imix program again, and knead the dough for 30 minutes.

Knead the dough until you can pull out large sheets of film.

Use the yogurt fermentation process to ferment until doubled in size.

Take out, deflate, divide into 3 equal parts, and roll into balls.

Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and let rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out into a long strip as wide as the mold.

Roll up and place into a 450g toast mold.

Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and put it in a warm place to ferment until it is eighty or nine minutes full. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place it on the bottom layer, and bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
