Cut the beef into thin slices, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, water starch and mix well, then add a spoonful of vegetable oil and mix well.

Clean the enoki mushrooms and cut off a section of the root.

Place the enoki mushrooms on the plate.

Place marinated beef on top and steam for 15 minutes.

Chop onions, garlic, and green and red peppers.

Put oil in the pot, add minced garlic, onion, green and red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, add light soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste.

Take out the steamed beef.
