Ingredients
Steps
-
I chose small sago, which is easy to cook.
-
After the water boils, add the sago.
-
After ten minutes, cook until there are only white dots in the middle of the sago, turn off the heat and simmer for three minutes.
-
While the sago is simmering, chop the walnuts and red dates into small pieces and roast them in the oven until fragrant. You can also use the microwave.
-
Then pour in the soaked milk. The milk can be thickened and add brown sugar.
-
If the sago is completely transparent, pour the milk directly. If there are still white spots, cook for another minute or two.
-
Pour in sago.
-
If you feel the milk flavor is too strong, add a little water. If you are using liquid milk, you don’t need to add water.
