Wash the peanuts, add onion, ginger, pepper, aniseed, etc., bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, until cooked

Remove and set aside

Let dry slightly and put into baking pan

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn the peanuts over and bake for another 20 minutes or so

Put it on the plate, the food to go with the wine is out
