Sweet fig, pear and lily soup
Overview
The figs I bought in autumn are sweeter than honey, so I couldn’t help but freeze some in the refrigerator. I took it out recently and found it to be delicious. You can eat it directly without fear of coldness, it is very sweet and glutinous. I have used it to make sweet soup several times and it is very good. Pear and lily are both very moist and sweet ingredients. When cooked together, there is almost no need to add sugar, and the soup will be deliciously sweet.
