Pineapple and Vegetable Fried Rice
Overview
Pineapple fried rice is made from leftover rice. It is fragrant, delicious and nutritious. Just one bowl of fried rice is enough to meet the needs of the body. My family especially likes the unique aroma of pineapples. They like to eat them as fruit, add them to vegetables, and mix them in salads. Fried rice with pineapple is also very tempting.

Wash the king oyster mushrooms, carrots and green peppers.

Prepare rice.

Rinse pineapple and cut into pieces.

Remove the pineapple flesh. .

Pleurotus eryngii, carrots, green peppers, and ham sausage cut into cubes

Cut pineapple into cubes.

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the king oyster mushrooms.

Sauté the carrots in the pan.

Fry the rice in the pan.

After 2 minutes, add salt and MSG and stir-fry.

Add green pepper and ham to the pan and stir-fry. Stir well and turn off the heat.

Pour in the diced pineapple and stir-fry evenly.
