Prepare the ingredients, wash and cut them

Egg fried rice, or you can choose ready-made fried rice bought from outside. Place onions and bell peppers. If you like curry, you can top it with oil curry (available in supermarkets)

Slice the cheese and spread it all over the plate (as shown in the picture, there is not much cheese left, so I have to make do with it. The more cheese you put, the more delicious it will be!) Arrange the fish, onions and bell peppers.

Microwave oven on grill setting, 20 minutes.

When the cheese melts and the surface is a little burnt, it’s done!
