Braised chicken wings
Overview
There are many ways to cook chicken wings, including grilling, braised, simmered, stewed, etc. Everyone, big and small, likes it. I made braised chicken wings today and my family loved them.

Wash the chicken wings and usually add seasonings and marinate them in advance. I made them directly when I was in a hurry. I used a fork or toothpick to poke some small holes in the chicken wings to facilitate the flavor.

Heat the wok and pour in the salad oil. After heating it for a while, pour in the rock sugar and stir-fry until the sugar color changes slightly. Do not burn it or it will become bitter.

Stir-fry the sugar color, directly add the chicken wings, soy sauce, onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry evenly, then add water to cover the chicken wings.

After boiling, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, drop a few drops of lemon juice, and continue cooking. Add salt 5 to 10 minutes before serving. After the chicken wings are cooked, reduce the juice over high heat. You can add some chicken essence or not. Remove and serve on a plate.
