Steps

  1. Wash and soak the red beans more than 5 hours in advance.

  2. Put red beans and red dates in a casserole.

  3. After the water boils, add longan and brown sugar cubes.

  4. Bring the water to a boil again, then lower the heat and simmer for about an hour until the red beans are soft.

  5. The cooked Sihong soup. The red beans are slightly sandy and the soup is slightly sweet.
